TL;DR
Recruiter (Full-Cycle, Global): Managing end-to-end technical and non-technical hiring across multiple regions to scale the hiring engine for a retail loss prevention platform with an accent on global sourcing and process optimization. Focus on designing structured interview rubrics, implementing scalable recruiting playbooks, and managing high-volume pipelines across different time zones.
Location: Remote (Philippines, Colombia, Argentina). Must be able to work during US Eastern time zone (ET).

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical (Engineering, Data, Product, IT) and non-technical roles.
- Build diverse global pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, and talent communities.
- Design and coordinate structured interviews, assessments, and clear decision rubrics.
- Develop and refine scalable recruiting processes, interview kits, and playbooks.
- Maintain ATS hygiene (Ashby) and track funnel metrics to optimize bottlenecks.
- Coach interviewers on signal-rich questioning and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Experience with ATS (Ashby preferred, or Lever/Greenhouse).
- Based in Philippines, Colombia, or Argentina.
- Ability to overlap with US Eastern Time (ET).
- Proven track record of international sourcing across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in loss prevention, operations, or field-oriented environments.
- Ability to assess both technical (SWE/Data/Product) and commercial profiles.
- Experience with hiring ops (scorecards, ATS automations).
- Additional languages for global sourcing.
