Salary: $89,000 - $132,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a primary support contact for global employee inquiries via the ticketing system.
• Analyze ticket trends to identify operational friction and implement self-service solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, IT, Legal, and Total Rewards to optimize global processes.
• Execute and audit end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions within Workday.
• Lead projects to scale operational workflows and improve the global service delivery model.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Service Delivery, or HR Generalist roles.
• Must be located near a hub (Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or SF) and available for in-office work as needed.
• Proficiency in managing employee lifecycle transactions and system records.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to own initiatives independently.
• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
