AI-Powered Product Manager

Location: Remote - Home Based

Salary: $120,000–$128,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with customers to define, document, and validate software feature requirements, functionality, and usability.
• Translate discovery findings into user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes.
• Use AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code platforms, and vibe coding to validate concepts before production development.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including acceptance criteria, test cases, and supporting visuals.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and design through Scrum delivery, communicating progress, risks, and blockers.
• Create customer-facing and internal documentation, including manuals, help content, release notes, specifications, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a hybrid builder/PM role.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, or ChatGPT to build working prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of clinical research, sponsors, CROs, eClinical providers, or regulatory frameworks such as GCP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Hands-on experience with EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent, RTSM, or similar eClinical platforms.
• Experience in a formal AI builder or developer role shipping production-quality features with AI assistance.
