What you will do

• Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, and marketing materials.
• Execute and evolve the new UK brand identity, ensuring consistency and premium quality.
• Collaborate with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance to raise overall quality.
• Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals.
• Skills in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro), sound editing, or basic VFX.
• Familiarity with design systems, brand libraries, and scalable templates.
• Interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production.
