Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs for critical platform services.
• Lead incident response efforts and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Design and improve observability systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Build internal tooling and automation to eliminate manual operational toil.
• Perform production readiness reviews for new features and services.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve system resilience and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or Production Engineering.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong expertise in Linux systems and Networking.
• Experience managing containerized production systems.
• Proven leadership in incident response and postmortem processes.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU infrastructure or AI/ML platforms.
• Familiarity with GPU observability tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Background in high-growth startup environments.
