What you will do

• Provision infrastructure and tooling for the hirify.global platform.
• Create automated tooling for platform configuration and maintenance.
• Build methods for monitoring and scaling platforms.
• Work with teams to improve observability.
• Implement security strategies and handle incident support.
• Lead and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in building and scaling high-quality products.
• Ability to automate processes and discern when it's not the best solution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and scalable database solutions.
• Familiarity with Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes.
