Salary: $166,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics engineers to foster professional growth.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, star schema architecture, and ELT pipelines.
• Manage project priorities and timelines to ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into executable data products.
• Contribute to the overall data strategy, roadmap, and adoption of self-service data tools.
• Establish and uphold best practices for data model development, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data warehousing.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep expertise in data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling (e.g., Kimball).
• Demonstrated experience with a modern data stack, specifically Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
• Strong project management skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
