What you will do

• Own GTM analytics end-to-end, defining and reporting on the funnel from signup to churn.
• Monitor key business metrics, investigate trends, and surface actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify user behavior and monetization cohorts.
• Develop production-quality SQL and Python code for data modeling and automated pipelines.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in CS, Sales, Marketing, or Product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention).
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling in production environments.
• Advanced SQL skills for handling large, complex datasets.
• BSc in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating independent technical projects.
• Experience in API-first, developer-focused, or PLG (product-led growth) companies.
• Proficiency with product analytics platforms like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
