What you will do
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, onboarding new hosts, and event-day setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts to ensure engagement and success.
- Maintain accurate event plans, timelines, and status tracking across various local markets.
- Conduct regular check-ins with hosts to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Manage incentive, funding, and resource logistics for host participation.
- Provide live on-the-day support and handle post-event wrap-up reporting and feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or event coordination in high-volume environments.
- Experience using AI tools to increase work quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency with CRM or tracking systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to manage numerous concurrent relationships and adhere to firm deadlines.
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
