Program Manager (Scrum Master)

What you will do

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners and maintain situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect and resolve risks spanning delivery, process, culture, and contract milestones.
• Manage contract finances, modifications, and portfolio growth in coordination with internal teams.
• Scale efforts by leading a team of project managers and functional delivery leads.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and transparent client communication.
• Collaborate across the organization to anticipate and solve complex delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be based in the contiguous United States.
• Scrum Master experience leading ceremonies and applying agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with or for government agencies.
• Ability to lead complex projects with significant risk, uncertainty, or scale.

Nice to have

• Program management experience within a government space.
• Experience launching high-visibility production systems.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Track record of managing projects that combine production operations with ongoing product development.
