Program Manager

TL;DR

Program Manager (Government/DoD): Serving as the single point of accountability for high-visibility government task order execution with an accent on program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination. Focus on managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within complex, enterprise-scale federal environments.

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Arlington, VA. Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders including COR and TPOC.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams operating across multiple locations.
• Ensure disciplined execution of approved plans, schedules, and governance processes.
• Provide regular program status briefings to senior government leadership.
• Maintain visibility into cost, schedule, performance, and risk to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely communication, issue identification, and resolution.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of recent program or contract management experience in complex environments.
• Proven experience with Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience briefing senior government leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, or computer science.
• Project/Program Management certification such as PMP or PgMP.
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture in federated or matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data environments, or cybersecurity governance.
• Prior experience working within the Federal Government or Department of Defense.
