What you will do

• Own the department’s end-to-end planning operating system, including OKR cycles, roadmap management, and quarterly goal-setting.
• Drive strategic alignment across engineering, product, marketing, and design teams.
• Transform departmental workflows into AI-native processes by automating administrative tasks and managing AI agents.
• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Product and VP of Engineering to ensure execution and accountability.
• Manage high-priority, time-boxed cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Centralize departmental artifacts into a single reliable source of truth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Technical fluency with hands-on experience in engineering-standard tooling (Jira, Confluence, Linear).
• Fearless AI-Native operator: demonstrated ability to automate workflows using AI agents and manage AI outputs for quality.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or a related field.
