Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide senior-level leadership for contract performance, ensuring all program management, curriculum development, and training requirements are met.
• Manage geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams supporting TAP operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including staffing, risk assessment, quality control, and transition strategies.
• Partner with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer Representative, to ensure strategic alignment and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee the use of knowledge management systems for data collection, reporting, and rapid response to Government requests.
• Ensure all personnel are fully qualified and compliant with VA access, privacy, and information security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience required.
• 5 years of demonstrated expertise leading programs of national scope in the Federal Government or DoD environment.
• Must possess and maintain a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing and controlling Service Contract Act (SCA) contracts and familiarity with SOFA programs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in executive-level briefing.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting VA, TAP, or military-to-civilian transition programs.
• Experience with regional hub-and-spoke operating models and large field support programs.
• Background in VA privacy, information security, and PIV sponsorship processes.
