Location: Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Jamaica, or Peru. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate field technicians using ServiceTitan.
  • Resolve customer concerns and handle emergency service requests with empathy.
  • Monitor active work orders and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems.
  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Jamaica, or Peru.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service and dispatch roles.
  • Experience supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trade services companies.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based home service companies.
  • Experience handling customer communication through social media.
  • Additional customer service or dispatch certifications.
  • Experience with other CRM or field service management platforms.
