Spanish Bilingual Telehealth Coordinator (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments while supporting timely completion and patient satisfaction.
• Prepare patients and providers for virtual visits and explain how to use telehealth platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot telehealth technology, platforms, and equipment.
• Support providers with telehealth workflows, documentation, and virtual care processes.
• Maintain telehealth records, reports, consent forms, and related documentation.
• Support billing and coding processes while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service.
• Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, secure documentation, and telehealth privacy standards.
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, 40 hours per week.
