TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth by engaging prospects to book demos for the sales team with an accent on high-volume outreach and CRM management. Focus on building a winning formula within a new BDR team and helping small to medium-sized salons and spas discover the value of the platform.
Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA and work on-site
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 + Equity, Commission, and Bonus

What you will do
- Contact cold leads through calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to book demos for the AE team.
- Manage and update CRM data within Salesforce.
- Educate yourself on prospect needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with a brand new team of BDRs to establish successful sales processes.
- Meet daily activity targets of 100 dials and 2 meetings booked.
Requirements
- Must be currently located in San Diego and able to work on-site.
- 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred) or recent graduate.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven mindset.
