What you will do

  • Execute prospecting strategies to engage existing users and identify potential commercial customers.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges to determine interest in hirify.global products.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and manage lead qualification.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and manage pipeline activities effectively.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve messaging.
  • Achieve target metrics for qualified prospects and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in lead qualification or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, writing, and listening.
  • Proactive, driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
