• Initiate and document new patterns within the design system.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including CI/CD checks, accessibility audits, and visual regression.
• Shape AI-powered features by calibrating user trust and refining AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to work hybrid in specified offices.
• Strong design fundamentals and experience solving problems from ambiguity.
• Fluency in building with AI development tools like Claude Code.
• Front-end implementation skills and ability to work with real data and APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
