Salary: $320K – $400K + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless alignment on customer needs.
  • Deliver customized product demos and presentations tailored to specific business pain points.
  • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to position the product effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales closing complex deals in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of selling to large enterprises (>5k employees) and senior executives.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce for forecasting and tracking.
  • Knowledge of open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
