What you will do

  • Serve as the primary finance advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting activities for go-to-market organizations.
  • Develop driver-based models to improve revenue predictability and monitor operational performance.
  • Provide actionable insights on growth opportunities, investment tradeoffs, and sales productivity trends.
  • Manage commercial planning processes including sales capacity, headcount, and compensation planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level business leaders in a finance business partner capacity.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
  • Public company experience including quarterly reporting cycles.
  • MBA, CFA, or other advanced business credentials.
