Compensation: OTE $220K (equity and commission; salary varies by location).

What you will do
- Own net new revenue growth across a book of roughly 50 existing customer accounts.
- Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads into closed expansion opportunities and uncover additional whitespace within accounts.
- Run the full expansion sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (2,500–10,000 employees) and executive-level buying groups.
- Close strategic expansion opportunities averaging $150K ACV with 4–6 month sales cycles.
- Use MEDDPIC or SPICED to manage complex deals, maintain disciplined forecasting, and track pipeline using Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma.
Requirements
- 5+ years carrying a quota in Mid Market or Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive buyers.
- Proven ability to find and close net new opportunities inside existing accounts (not only upsell/cross-sell).
- Strong forecasting discipline and experience using structured sales methodologies for complex deals.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and use cases and partner with Customer Success while owning the commercial outcome.
