What you will do

  • Qualify all inbound leads to determine potential and readiness for engagement.
  • Prospect and target new business opportunities across assigned U.S. territories using research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build target contact lists, send personalized emails, and conduct social media outreach to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Establish and maintain prospect relationships to understand needs and align Quince’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and updates to ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Attend quarterly trade shows with the Head of Sales for in-person live lead generation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States (remote role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
