Location: Must be based in Chicago or New York; requires working in the office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy).

Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with vertical groups to provide revenue reporting and data-driven business insights.
  • Develop strategies and commercial tactics to grow revenue, product adoption, and sales productivity.
  • Manage weekly revenue forecasting and pipeline health tracking for Sales leadership.
  • Drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth.
  • Optimize sales process workflows by leveraging AI tools and improving tooling and education.
  • Analyze market gaps to prioritize customer segments effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytical rigor and program management (e.g., Management Consulting, Sales Ops, or Finance).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including advanced spreadsheet analysis and AI applications.
  • Experience partnering with Sales Organizations and senior leadership.
  • Must be based in Chicago or New York and adhere to the 4+ days/week office policy.
