Salary: $196,500 – $266,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-partner operating model across domain expertise, virtual concierge, and product support.
• Build and manage a rigorous partner accountability framework, including SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent quality.
• Lead the expansion of offshore back-office tax preparation capabilities and design scalable quality controls.
• Drive partner integration to ensure third-party teams operate as a cohesive extension of the Expert Network.
• Champion AI adoption by integrating AI-powered tools into partner workflows, quality monitoring, and workforce planning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with product, operations, legal, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and operations management experience in complex, multi-partner service delivery ecosystems.
• Proven track record in metrics-driven environments with measurable outcomes in cycle time, tNPS, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption or human+AI operating model transformation within workforce operations.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organizations through significant change and transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex dynamics to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
