Manager, Partner Integrations (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Washington, D.C.; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by major restaurant partners.
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers supporting existing and new integration partnerships.
• Own integration initiatives across technical teams, third-party partners, and internal business stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate integration issues while leading implementation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, growth operations, and senior leaders on roadmap and go-to-market initiatives.
• Use data analysis, AI-assisted investigation, automation, and agentic workflows to improve integration quality and partner outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy and operations, or a related field.
• Strong technical fluency in API-based integrations and the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Experience managing people and leading complex, high-impact initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for analysis and issue investigation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, capacity trade-offs, risk, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience building prompts, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled processes.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, investigation, workflow automation, or decision-making.
