Manager, Partner Integrations (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Washington D.C.; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

hirify.global operates a marketplace and API platform that helps merchants manage store, menu, and order data through integrations.

What you will do

• Manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by restaurant partners.
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers supporting existing and new partnerships.
• Own integration success across technical teams, third-party partners, and internal business stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate integration issues while leading implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations on data analysis, AI-assisted investigation, and workflow automation.
• Help define and scale the integrations roadmap, including AI-enabled tooling for quality, self-service, and operational leverage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy and operations, or a related field.
• Strong technical fluency in API-based integrations and the ability to work with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Proven experience managing others and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using SQL for analysis and issue investigation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, capacity trade-offs, risk, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience building prompts, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled processes.
