What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership of assigned clients to drive long-term growth.
  • Develop and implement renewal and growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Document and prioritize employer pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking in Salesforce.com.
  • Utilize go-to-market best practices to maximize visibility and achieve annual recurring revenue targets.
  • Maintain 300%-400% pipeline coverage over a 12-month rolling calendar.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales activity quotas and annual revenue growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or channel sales.
  • Proven experience with SaaS, FinTech, or Channel Go-To-Market models.
  • Expertise in managing complex, long sales cycles and using CRM platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Location: Remote - Massachusetts.
