Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech): Develop relationships with new prospective customers and channel partners with an accent on business-level conversations across the customer's organization. Focus on finding, qualifying, and closing leads, and driving product and business strategy.

Location: United States or Canada. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout their employment. Individuals with temporary visas are not eligible. Currently only hiring in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 a year + Commission

What you will do

• Collaborate with management to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan.
• Develop and implement best practices for growing hirify.global's customer base and strategic partnerships.
• Create new business by finding, qualifying, and closing leads.
• Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sale opportunities.
• Interface and nurture leads through various outbound channels.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive product and business strategy.

Requirements

• BS/BA or a MINIMUM of 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development role.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound sales.
• Exceptional ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Technical expertise required.
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
• Prior Business Development experience in Fintech and/or in Data Security is desired.
