What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end license lifecycle, provisioning, and offboarding across the enterprise sales tech stack.
  • Serve as Tier-2 technical support escalation point for platform configuration and integration issues.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track license utilization, adoption trends, and spend optimization.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, and FAQ libraries for stakeholders.
  • Partner with CRM Ops, EIAM, and vendors to manage systemic issues and support new platform rollouts.
  • Enforce role-based access controls and maintain SSO/SAML hygiene across all sales platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or related Technical Operations roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated experience administering enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, Outreach, or Salesforce.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard creation.
  • Experience managing license governance and user provisioning at scale (500+ users).
  • Familiarity with SSO/SAML identity management and IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Nice to have

  • Gong administration and conversation observer configuration experience.
  • Familiarity with Chili Piper routing logic and workspace management.
  • Proficiency in building interactive dashboards using Chart.js or React.
  • Experience with GitHub-based configuration management workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and object models.
