What you will do
- Manage end-to-end license lifecycle, provisioning, and offboarding across the enterprise sales tech stack.
- Serve as Tier-2 technical support escalation point for platform configuration and integration issues.
- Build dashboards and reports to track license utilization, adoption trends, and spend optimization.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, and FAQ libraries for stakeholders.
- Partner with CRM Ops, EIAM, and vendors to manage systemic issues and support new platform rollouts.
- Enforce role-based access controls and maintain SSO/SAML hygiene across all sales platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or related Technical Operations roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience administering enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, Outreach, or Salesforce.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard creation.
- Experience managing license governance and user provisioning at scale (500+ users).
- Familiarity with SSO/SAML identity management and IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Nice to have
- Gong administration and conversation observer configuration experience.
- Familiarity with Chili Piper routing logic and workspace management.
- Proficiency in building interactive dashboards using Chart.js or React.
- Experience with GitHub-based configuration management workflows.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and object models.
