What you will do

  • Support the Commercial Sales Team with workflow inquiries and management reporting.
  • Review and optimize sales processes based on market best practices.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and document internal processes.
  • Conduct market research to support expansion into new regions.
  • Manage sales tools, licenses, and automate outreach via LinkedIn.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales hires.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level proficiency required
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with database software.
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel and CRM management.
  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of outbound sales processes and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
