• Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, and assist with execution.
• Communicate with counterparties to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Contribute to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume legal matters.
• Develop commercial and legal expertise with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Collaborative approach to working with lawyers and client-facing teams.
