Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas, USA. This is a hybrid role requiring regular office attendance.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams to facilitate deal execution.
• Evaluate and prioritize legal risks in alignment with business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Support compliance initiatives related to data privacy and employment.
• Drive legal operations efficiency through standardization and process improvement.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on contracts.
• Qualified lawyer and graduate from a top-tier law school.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI tools.
• Strong structured thinking and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work out of the office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate law firms or in-house legal teams.
