Legal Counsel (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid workplace with willingness to work out of office required. US citizenship or US permanent residency required.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus dental, vision, medical, 401(k), and potential long-term equity depending on role fit.

What you will do

• Review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and other contracts.
• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution.
• Evaluate and prioritize legal risk against business outcomes.
• Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Support data privacy, employment, and cross-border compliance matters.
• Improve legal operations through standardization, speed, and simplification.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in contracts-focused corporate law.
• Graduation from a top-tier law school.
• Experience with contract drafting or review through internships or early-career roles.
• Strong structured thinking and clear communication.
• Demonstrable experience working with AI tools.
• Qualified lawyer.
• US citizen or US permanent resident.
• Willingness to work out of the office in the hybrid Dallas role.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal team.
• Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with cross-border contracts or global work.
