Paralegal (Legal Tech): Supporting the legal department as a liaison between legal and business units to manage tech-related contracts and compliance with an accent on intellectual property and data privacy. Location: Remote (U.S.). Candidates residing in the state of Hawaii cannot be considered. Preferred locations include Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; and Milwaukee, WI.
Salary: $77,000 - $82,000 USD (base salary and bonus)

What you will do
- Act as a primary liaison between the legal team and other departments, including sales, finance, and operations.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements specifically for technology transactions.
- Manage technology dispute cases by organizing evidence, maintaining case files, and collaborating with outside counsel.
- Ensure corporate compliance with data protection laws and relevant industry regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the contract lifecycle within a CLM system to assist sales in advancing deals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Demonstrated practical experience using AI to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enable better decision-making.
- Degree in paralegal studies or a related field; additional coursework in technology law is preferred.
- Extensive experience drafting relevant technology contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools, specifically CLM document management and research software.
- Strong ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable summaries.
