TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for the Commercial Expansion team with an accent on forecasting, retention metrics, and data-driven GTM strategy. Focus on building scalable systems, optimizing post-sales motions, and leveraging AI to improve NRR and reduce churn.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, Oakland, or New York. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office.

Salary: $150,573 – $188,216 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP of Commercial Expansion to translate business goals into actionable operating plans.
  • Lead operational cadences including pipeline inspection and forecast calls to ensure revenue target accountability.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to drive revenue and reduce churn using LLMs and product telemetry.
  • Design and maintain post-sales systems and tools to meet the needs of the expansion organization.
  • Analyze GTM data to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational blockers such as territory disputes and deal coordination.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting post-sales, renewal, or expansion motions.
  • Direct experience supporting a commercial or mid-market SaaS sales organization.
  • Strong proficiency in SaaS expansion metrics (NRR, GDR, churn ARR) and cohort analysis.
  • Advanced technical skills including Salesforce, customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight), and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
  • Advanced SQL proficiency to pull and validate GTM data independently.
