TL;DR
Sales Manager (SaaS): Lead and develop a Mid-Market Account Executive team to sell SaaS products, drive new client acquisition, and expand existing relationships with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and KPI-driven performance management. Focus on building repeatable revenue campaigns with cross-functional partners and ensuring successful customer onboarding with services and support teams.
Location: Remote (United States) — unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii
Salary: $106.8K–$160.2K OTE (target base + commissions), with $120K commission target

What you will do
- Lead and guide a team of inside Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns.
- Partner with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting and run a monthly performance management cadence.
- Drive proactive outbound sales and lead qualification; support reps through customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements.
- Own career and skill development for the sales team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software or human capital technology.
- Proven success managing, motivating, and developing an inside sales team.
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience presenting product materials, sales webinars, and seminars.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
