TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Lead and develop a Mid-Market Account Executive team to sell hirify.global SaaS products, drive new client acquisition, and expand existing relationships with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and KPI-driven performance management. Focus on building repeatable revenue campaigns with cross-functional partners and ensuring successful customer onboarding with services and support teams.

Location: Remote (United States) — unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii

Salary: $106.8K–$160.2K OTE (target base + commissions), with $120K commission target

What you will do

  • Lead and guide a team of inside Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns.
  • Partner with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting and run a monthly performance management cadence.
  • Drive proactive outbound sales and lead qualification; support reps through customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements.
  • Own career and skill development for the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software or human capital technology.
  • Proven success managing, motivating, and developing an inside sales team.
  • Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience presenting product materials, sales webinars, and seminars.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
