Salary: $151,000 - $189,000 USD

What you will do
- Establish and run the Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the Commercial organization to ensure operational rigor.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Global VP of Commercial, shaping GTM strategy and supporting global PLG motions.
- Optimize the end-to-end renewals lifecycle to improve customer retention and mitigate churn.
- Build complex operational models and reporting packages to synthesize vast datasets for executive insights.
- Manage CRM data hygiene and drive process efficiency across high-velocity sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business strategy with day-to-day operational execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS operations, Customer Success, or customer-facing groups.
- 5+ years of dedicated sales or revenue operations experience with a track record in field sales partnering.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Strong analytical abilities with experience building complex models and executive-level presentations.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business models.
Nice to have
- Direct operational experience supporting a Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion.
- Experience utilizing AI, LLMs, and Google Apps Script for internal automation.
- Background in high-growth, consumption-driven business models like Snowflake or AWS.
- Deep understanding of the Observability or Monitoring landscape.
