What you will do
- Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch as the first person to solve specific architectural problems.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including the data model, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, and integrations.
- Build and maintain prospecting and enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn, and similar tools.
- Implement and optimize call recording and conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insight.
- Identify and build AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle, such as lead scoring and call summarization.
- Develop dashboards for real-time pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Practical experience building AI tools within a sales workflow.
- Track record of architecting systems or processes from loose briefs.
- Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, and automation logic.
- Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a sales ops function at an early or growth-stage startup.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools such as Zapier or Make.
- Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions.
- Prior experience in a remote and distributed team.
