What you will do

• Execute electrical validation and test plans for networking and server hardware platforms.
• Set up, configure, and operate laboratory test equipment to support validation activities.
• Collect, analyze, and document test results.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues under engineering guidance.
• Support board bring-up, system debug, and environmental testing activities.
• Contribute to test automation and data collection efforts using scripting tools and software utilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma and 10+ years of experience in a hardware technical lab environment.
• Proficiency in soldering to apply test points to SMD components (e.g., 0402, 0603, 0805).
• Experience in using, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing lab tools and equipment.
• Technical knowledge in electrical circuit troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation, including specifications and test plans.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship available.
