What you will do

• Perform verification, validation, and reliability testing on products and prototypes.
• Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and test fixtures.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate test data in accordance with quality system requirements.
• Assist engineers with sample management and test setup activities.
• Compile test results and prepare data summaries for engineering review.
• Identify and communicate equipment or process issues impacting project timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Irvine, CA (Onsite position).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory or product testing.
• Advanced electronic troubleshooting, wiring, and soldering skills.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and technical procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or Biomedical Technology.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 environments.
