What you will do

• Lead verification and acceptance testing for electronic and pyrotechnic products.
• Operate and calibrate test equipment including oscilloscopes and environmental chambers.
• Execute tests strictly following ATP, QTP, and ITP documentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot test systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed test records and generate comprehensive certification reports.
• Interpret complex dimensional and schematic drawings for test setups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Technician in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment and mechanical measuring tools.
• Manual soldering skills for SMD components.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to Hollister, CA up to 75% during the first 90 days for training.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in a related technical field.
