TL;DR
Partner Account Manager (Fintech): Developing and managing strategic referral relationships with tech partners, benefit brokers, and financial advisors to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Focus on executing go-to-market strategies, resolving operational partnership issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand retirement plan access for SMBs.
Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring field presence 3 days per week.
Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 (Total On Target Earnings).

What you will do
- Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, and financial advisors.
- Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute unique initiatives like webinars and email campaigns.
- Establish business goals and performance metrics to drive effective go-to-market strategies.
- Resolve emerging operational issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of experience in territory sales or business development within the SMB space.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Ability to be in the field 3 days per week.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing sales cycles, preferably using Salesforce.
