What you will do

• Own the prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and transactional documents.
• Support US-based lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work to handle high volume.
• Coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through to execution.
• Ensure all deliverables are commercially sound and reflect high precision for private capital clients.
• Collaborate with embedded AI agents to maintain speed and consistency in contract processing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a transactional or corporate practice group, or an in-house commercial legal team.
• Hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with frequent context-switching.
• Strong grasp of legal concepts combined with commercial pragmatism.
• Crisp and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
