• Lead multiple teams to deliver high-quality results consistently and sustainably.

• Partner with Design, Product, and GTM counterparts to build and launch best-in-class products.
• Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing engineering team.
• Influence and shape the overall engineering culture and strategy of the company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Deep experience working on complex products.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive compassionate accountability within a team.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through product innovation.
• Effective communicator and storyteller capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US
