Solutions Consultant (Payload)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY)

Salary: $152,800 - $296,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Payload's value within the Figma platform.
• Partner with the Sales team to address technical questions and accelerate digital product development for customers.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship by managing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify feature opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating communication between customers and product teams.
• Provide technical support to customers and agency partners building on Payload to ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to lead product evaluations, define success criteria, and guide technical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Solid understanding of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, frontend development, and modern developer workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience using or working with Payload or other CMS/DXP platforms.
