• Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, and communicate with counterparties.
• Assist with contract execution and high-volume legal matters.
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to ensure high-quality client delivery.
• Build commercial and legal expertise through rotation across practice areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
