What you will do

• Conduct reviews of client and vendor contracts according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate contract records in Salesforce and DocuSign CLM.
• Facilitate the execution of agreements and communicate turnaround times to stakeholders.
• Participate in contract development meetings with internal service lines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new contract policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure process adherence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Previous experience in a contract associate or similar administrative role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with attorneys and senior management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
