What you will do

• Provide litigation support including document review, discovery coordination, and case file maintenance.
• Track compliance and maintain detailed legal records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support mission objectives.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend systemic improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables for federal clients.
• Support overall operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC.
