Salary: $53,000 - $58,000 a year

What you will do

• Download and upload electronic case filings (ECFs) using Pacer and automated systems.
• Compile, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and database searches.
• Index, track, and control document discovery, depositions, and trial exhibits.
• Prepare exhibit cross-references and assist attorneys in the courtroom.
• Respond to attorney requests for filing information and retrieval.

Requirements

• Must hold a paralegal certificate, JD, or be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school (at least one year completed).
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience or relevant project experience.
• Basic legal knowledge, including standard legal citation.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
