TL;DR
Partner Development Manager (Legaltech): Managing partner relationships and indirect revenue streams within the reseller ecosystem with an accent on VAR management, partner enablement, and co-delivery. Focus on driving ARR, optimizing partner-sourced pipelines, and aligning with direct sales teams to expand regional revenue.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or travel to offices in Holmdel (NJ), Philadelphia (PA), Raleigh (NC), or Austin (TX), with an expectation to be in-office or traveling at least 3 days a week.
Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 USD (Base) + Commission

What you will do
- Own partner relationships across reseller and implementation partners, serving as their primary advocate.
- Drive indirect ARR through the VAR ecosystem and manage the partner pipeline from identification to close.
- Develop and execute partner enablement plans covering sales readiness and technical delivery.
- Oversee co-delivery engagements between Professional Services and partners to ensure quality outcomes.
- Align with direct sales peers to surface partner-sourced pipeline and increase regional revenue.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to QBRs and regional planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years in channel sales, partner development, or alliance management within enterprise SaaS or legal technology.
- Proven track record of driving indirect revenue through VAR or reseller ecosystems.
- Experience building partner enablement programs that improve sales and delivery performance.
- Ability to navigate co-sell and co-delivery models involving professional services.
- Strong cross-functional credibility and executive presence in partner and internal settings.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the legal technology landscape (document management, CRM, practice management, eDiscovery).
- Existing relationships within the Am Law 200 or law firm technology partner community.
- Experience within legal-tech ecosystems such as iManage, NetDocuments, or similar platforms.
