TL;DR
Head of Partnerships (SaaS): Building and scaling the partnerships function from scratch to create a durable revenue channel with an accent on program design, partner acquisition, and channel infrastructure. Focus on architecting channel strategy, managing incentive structures, and driving co-sell motions across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
Location: Remote within the US; hybrid requirement (3 days/week) applies only if living within a reasonable commute to New York City or San Francisco.
Salary: $170,000–$190,000 base + OTE $230,000–$260,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Build and scale the partnerships function from scratch, including program design and partner acquisition.
- Manage partner tiers, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and enablement programming.
- Coordinate co-sell motions with Sales and surface integration opportunities with Product.
- Define and track core KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, influenced ARR, and activation rates.
- Establish repeatable processes and infrastructure to make partnerships a durable revenue channel.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a partnerships function from the ground up.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and AI.
- Strong operator instincts with the ability to think in systems and build scalable processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in the construction industry, vertical SaaS, or workforce/payroll software.
- Prior experience hiring and managing a team.
