What you will do
- Act as the primary Enablement Business Partner for the Global Partnerships Team to align strategies with regional revenue goals and pipeline needs.
- Architect and maintain high-quality enablement content, including e-learning courses, playbooks, and sales toolkits.
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for the GTM team, including sales reps and SEs.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, and Sales Enablement to integrate the partner narrative into the broader GTM motion.
- Track, analyze, and report on enablement metrics such as course completion, partner certification rates, and deal velocity.
- Plan and execute an enablement roadmap aligned with global partnership growth initiatives and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, or Instructional Design within SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS industries.
- Deep understanding of channel ecosystems and partner personas (SI, ISV, Reseller).
- Proven experience building learning curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and modern LMS.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to engage a diverse global audience.
- Ability to build trust and manage competing priorities with VP-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a developer-focused or API-first company.
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD) or sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, Force Management).
